RSO - Regional Warning System (RSO) is a free mobile application was developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration of the Polish Television SA This application is part of a wider service to inform the public about the risks in Polish through various information channels: websites provincial governors, belts teletext information and the TV receiving terrestrial DVB and the Internet Smart TV HbbTV.
By RSO Regional Crisis Management Centers (WCZK) subordinate to the voivodes transmit mobile application users messages about the dangers of different types.
Depending on their importance they are divided into:
• Notifications - are informative,
• Warnings - represent a possible threat, significant local issues, and relate to warnings issued by IMGW. Such content will appear on the strips of television signal receiving DVB regional television TVP.
• Alarm warnings - meaning the level of threat that requires reaching
provide information to a larger group of residents at the regional level because WCZK runs the dissemination of information and the channel PUSH on the bars televisions receiving DVB channels TVP.
